My husband and I live near a river where we take a walk whenever the weather and our time allow it. We have always loved this, be it here in our home town or during vacations. One of our first vacations together led us to the Walchensee in Bavaria and we have gone back there often.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When I found a yarn named after the lake, I had to get it and find an especially beautiful stitch pattern for it. Around the Walchensee Hat features a cute stitch pattern that is very easy to work. You will
know it by heart in no time and can always easily see where you left off, but there is enough
going on for it not to be boring and keep you engaged.
It works great with colorful fingering weight yarns that are so hard to find good patterns for if miles
and miles of stockinette drive you crazy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Als ich Wolle entdeckt habe, die nach dem See benannt ist, musste ich sie haben und ein besonders sch\u00f6nes Muster daf\u00fcr finden. Around the Walchensee Hat hat ein niedliches Muster, das sehr einfach zu arbeiten ist. Du kannst es nach ein paar Reihen sicher auswendig und siehst immer, wo Du aufgeh\u00f6rt hast. Aber trotzdem ist es nicht langweilig zu stricken.
