Long promised and now they are finally here: Photos of my next design, called When he reached the moon.<\/p>\n

First, the mohair sample (shown in Drops Kid-Silk)<\/p>\n

It is knit at a slightly looser gauge than what I normally use for lace shawls – 14 sts and 30 rows = 4″ in stockinette stitch. I really wish you could feel it – words just don’t do this comfortable, warm yet airy cloud justice.<\/p>\n

The second sample is knit at a gauge of 19 sts and 32 = 4″ in stockinette stitch and shown in Drops Lace.<\/p>\n
