I love starting something new. It’s l ike a white canvas just for me to fill with knowledge and experience.
Thanks to my good friend Jolanda (whom you know from Jolanda’s Faroese Shawl), I’m going to start spinning. She gave me her beautiful spinning wheel, and I’m really excited. So many new things to try and learn!
I’ve been looking at some roving online and already felt like in paradise. So much beauty, such wonderful colors!
My husband repaired the wheel for me today (one of the flyers had come off) and right after our vacation I’m going to take a course. A woman living just a few minutes away from me comes home to people and teaches them to spin.
