I spun and dyed some more yarn 🙂
I used two packs of Kool Aid Strawberry and ca. 500 ml water, for ca. 60 g yarn.
While the yarn was outside sunbathing, I spun some more (somebody should have told me this is addicting 😀 ).
Here are my two singles.
And, you probably guessed that already, here they are plied together.
113 g, ca. 100 m – no progress towards thinner yarn. Or towards yarn spun more evenly. But one day I will get there 🙂
Don’t make it even!!! It’s great!!
Aaaw, thank you 🙂
I’d prefer if it was uneven because I want it to 😀 But I have only been spinning for three weeks, so I hope there’s still time to learn.
I like the two plied together, it reminds me of candy canes. I bet you’ll have a lovely Christmas-y tweed effect if you knit that up. Might be fun for a cowl! I’d love to see pictures if you end up swatching with that yarn.
Thank you 🙂
I haven’t knit it yet, because it might end up a Christmas present… Or I’ll knit it myself and give the FO away. Not decided yet 🙂
