My mother-in-law, Margrit, turns 80 this year and I thought it might be fun to start a Knitalong for her shawl.
Margrit is a Pi-Shawl featuring four different lace patterns and a beautiful border. It is named after my mother in law. She’s living with my husband and me because she has Alzheimer’s and from the first tiny sections of this shawl she always told me how beautiful she thinks it is.
The pattern has been tech-edited by Cupani and test knit by AshwiniJ, Robebe, nicemrsharris, puffycats, FiaKnit and bjlatham.
The KAL will run in my Ravelry group, Knitted in Switzerland
There will be prizes and I hope we will all have a lot of fun.
